Look! Mira! Architectural Scavenger Hunt

Sunday, October 8th at 10am at the (New)burgh Porch, 15 S. Johnston Street, Newburgh.

The Look! Mira! Architecture Scavenger Hunt is a fun way to explore Newburgh’s great architecture  – and learn some new vocabulary and history! Grab a map and really get to look at building details! The scavenger hunt is focused on Johnston, William and Dubois Streets.

How many terms did you already know? Through this fun family activity, you can learn architectural vocabulary and identify building styles and decorative elements found in Newburgh, or get a better sense of Newburgh’s architectural history and urban development.

This program is presented as part of @archtober, NYC's annual architecture and design festival.
