The Technical Assistance Grant Program is a regrant partnership of the New York State Council on the Arts and the Preservation League of New York State made possible with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. Additional support is provided by the Maurice D. Hinchey Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area / Hudson River Valley Greenway and the Robert David Lion Gardiner Foundation.
