Tour of ADS Warehouse
ADS Warehouse is a prime example of adaptive reuse architecture, designed as a net-positive cultural hub in downtown Newburgh. The 9,000 sq. ft. building and site have been transformed from a one-story industrial structure into a model of sustainable development. Join us for a tour where we’ll explore the innovative details of the over-clad facade design, 13kW solar array, electric car charging stations, on-site composting, native plantings, use of non-toxic materials, and the Certified Wildlife Habitat®. Together, these integrated systems create a harmonious and sustainable living and working environment.
