Saving Our Churches Grant Program

Newburgh is a city of churches, with a variety of religious congregations. Many of the church buildings have been here for centuries. Join us to learn from new Director Colleen Heemeyer, AICP, about the New York Landmarks Conservancy’s Sacred Sites program and understand how we can safeguard historic church property to support and further their missions. This workshop will focus on planning and implementing exterior restoration projects, technical assistance, and workshop opportunities.
